1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk335.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or launching any casino game on the pk335 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the pk335 platform regardless of location, device, or method of access.

pk335 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The pk335 platform is exclusively available to individuals who are:

• Not acting as an agent or representative of any other person for the purpose of gambling.

pk335 employs age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage access will be forfeited. pk335 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and maintains a zero-tolerance policy.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to them, including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan. pk335 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the pk335 platform, you must register a player account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address;
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration details and promptly update them if they change;
• Select a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential;
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pk335. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds. pk335 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk335 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the pk335 account dashboard at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your pk335 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are typically instant.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pk335 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may take 1–5 business days. Digital wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• pk335 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk335 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. pk335 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances such as event cancellation or obvious pricing error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game pricing, pk335 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed within the platform and may be revised at any time.
• pk335 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player found to be engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other activity considered detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
• Casino games are supplied by third-party software providers. Game-specific rules, RTPs, and house edges are as published by the respective provider. pk335 is not responsible for software malfunctions arising from provider-side technical failures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk335 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are published alongside each promotion on the pk335 platform.

General bonus conditions: bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be kept separately within your pk335 balance. pk335 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse or misuse is suspected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk335 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform;
• Collusion with other players or with platform staff;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal purpose;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location;
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Any conduct intended to defraud pk335 or other players.

pk335 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Verified instances of prohibited conduct will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk335 platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software – is the property of pk335 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of pk335 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk335 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. pk335's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk335 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

pk335 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. pk335 will endeavour to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk335 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits – Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods – Take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently exclude yourself from the pk335 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum specified period and will be actioned within 24 hours of request.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Player request (including self-exclusion);
• Regulatory requirement.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure in all circumstances.

12. Amendments to Terms

pk335 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file where reasonably practicable.
